I am dual trained in Mental Health in addition to Marriage and Family therapy. Therefore I work with individuals as well as couples and families. My approach to working with clients is to identify where they are currently at, then help them identify where they want to be. Through collaboration I work with clients to identify clear, identifiable short term goals to aid them in growing closer to their main therapeutic goal.
