The world can be a stressful place to live as we try to navigate our own lives. Many of us are living in a state of fight or flight as we get through each work and school day, trying to push down the difficult feelings and coping with feelings of guilt about what we could be doing differently to make things easier. We struggle to take the time or allow ourselves to be okay with caring for ourselves. I strive to help my clients to better cope with their own emotions and practice self-compassion in order to live a more peaceful, enjoyable, and meaningful life.
