I believe we all need a judgment-free safe space where we can mindfully explore what's going on with us. We find ourselves in a life of change, yet often find ourselves repeating old habits, old patterns of thinking and recreating familiar situations. Sometimes life transitions catch us off-guard, and we don't know how to adapt. My goal is to create that safe space for you; to provide a respectful, supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship to unlock greater self-awarenesss, positive change, and a happier more balanced life.
