Hi and welcome! Seeking therapy is an act of courage and self-love. Examining what is not working can open the door to positive change. You are taking the first step toward a better, more fulfilling life and future. This is my 12th year as a licensed therapist. I enjoy helping clients move in the direction of greater health & well-being to experience more peace, self-acceptance, self-compassion, and freedom. If you are finding that something in your life needs attention or past issues keep affecting your current reality, therapy can help. I am working on accepting more insurances and can provide sliding scale for cash pay if needed. In our first session, we will get to know each other, explore your reasons for seeking therapy, and see if we are a good match. We will explore your history and your current challenges. We will also review your positive supports and coping skills.
