Catherine began work in 2008 as a therapist in community mental health and subsequently achieved licensure in clinical mental health counseling. She’s had much experience working with teens age 14+ and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, addictions, eating disorders, poor impulse control, mood disruptions, difficulty adjusting to life phase, and low self-esteem. Many clients she has worked with have experienced marital / partnership discord, family disruption, domestic violence issues, relationship stress, communication difficulties and financial constraints, just to name a few.
