I'm passionate about helping folks improve their mental health and well-being so that they can live better lives. My background is in social work and counseling support for older adults and their families who were facing the many challenges of aging and serious illness. This has informed my current work - supporting all adults 18 and older, both Virtually and In-Person, who are struggling with a variety of difficult issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, coping, and life transitions. In our first session together, after a brief introduction and reviewing consents, we'll dive into what your goals and expectations are for therapy, as well as some of your history and current landscape. As this is our first time meeting, I'll be trying to get a sense of you, and you of me, so that we can decide if we'd like to work together.
