It would be my pleasure to help you and work collaboratively with you to help heal, process, and understand how you can live a more fulfilling, meaningful, and happy life. I have been helping clients over the past 10 years with various issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, life transitions, anger, grief, self esteem, parenting, relationship issues, and family conflict. By looking at maladaptive patterns in our behavior, relationships, and beliefs, we can make shifts in our perspective and functionality of life.
