With 28 years of experience teaching high school, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teens and young adults through the challenges of adolescence and early adulthood. My background in education allows me to connect with individuals of all ages, offering guidance that helps build resilience and thrive through life’s transitions. I’m dedicated to fostering growth and well-being in everyone I work with, across all contexts. My time in education, combined with my time at Covenant Theological Seminary, helped me develop a holistic counseling approach that integrates mental health, and emotional well-being. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, women in transition, teachers, couples, as well as individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. I provide trauma-informed care, ensuring clients feel safe and supported while processing experiences. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs.
