Mental and behavioral health are as important as physical health, especially for children and teens. More than ever our children need resiliency and good, adaptive coping strategies as well as access to prompt, high-quality early intervention for common concerns like ADHD or anxiety. To increase access to services, I now offer a new practice model. Similar to the hugely successful Direct Primary Care initiative, my practice will move to a membership based model, where I can provide help more prompt and in a more targeted way BEFORE mental health concerns arise. Ideally suited for young families with risk factors for ADHD.
