Hi, I’m Cayla, and I work with teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally stuck while navigating identity exploration, academic or career pressure, and major life transitions. I support clients struggling with anxiety, chronic stress, low mood or depression, and the impact of past experiences or trauma. I provide therapy under clinical supervision using a trauma-informed approach, helping clients build safety, coping skills, self-compassion, and emotional resilience at a pace that feels supportive and sustainable.
