About
Hi! I’m Cayla, a therapist who believes that healing starts with feeling truly seen and understood. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, weighed down by stress, or just sensing that something isn’t quite right, therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and start feeling more grounded and confident in yourself. I believe meaningful change starts with a genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. I take an integrative, person-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques while staying attuned to what you need in each moment. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, while also exploring how early experiences and relationships may be shaping your current emotions and behaviors.
