CBT Specialists is a private group practice co-founded by psychologists Dr. Cynthia Radnitz and Dr. Julie DiMatteo specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Consideration of the individual needs of all our clients is paramount, at the same time, we make sure that the empirically supported CBT interventions used are tailored to meet clients' needs in a highly supportive environment. We offer therapy to clients located in New Jersey, New York, California, and all PsyPact states. As cognitive-behavioral therapists, we have advanced training in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, exposure and response prevention (ERP) for OCD, body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs), women's health, and trauma.
