I’ve had a passion for helping others since I was 16 years old, which led me to pursue a career in therapy. Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals from a wide range of ages, cultures, and life experiences, and I deeply value the uniqueness of each person’s story. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all journey, and I believe in walking alongside my clients every step of the way—offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for growth and healing. I am currently trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and I am actively working toward training in EMDR to further support clients in processing past experiences.
