I am Cecilia Bezi, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with an exceptional ability to listen. I am very empathetic, enthusiastic, and I can motivate you to be a better version of yourself. Life is dynamic, and sometimes crises are challenges to do those changes in ourselves and in our environment that we really need. I will be active with you in your journey. I have 20 years of experience working with Behavioral and Cognitive therapies. I work with EMDR to elaborate past events and traumas, and stop repeating past patterns. I will be glad to be with you during this meanninfull process. I am CBT therapist, and I will be with you exploring and identifying destructive or disturbing thought or relational patterns that have negative influences on your behaviors and emotions. I will like to be you because you deserve to feel better!
