I'm a licensed clinical social worker. Do you ever feel stuck in the past? Maybe you've been through something traumatic or painful and are finding it difficult to move on from it. Perhaps the experiences of your past somehow seep into your current interactions with work, friends, family, and other relationships, making it all too overwhelming to cope with. I help anyone who's been through high-stress or traumatic experiences to navigate out of those spaces to feel a sense of relief and renewal. I also provide support to anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.
