I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). To me, therapy means creating space to grow, heal, and live a life where you can truly enjoy the things that matter to you. Healing often includes reconnecting with and nurturing your inner child, and I see joy as a vital part of that process. My role is to walk alongside you as we find ways to empower you, restore balance, and help you create a life that feels aligned and fulfilling.
