The first thing I will attempt to do when you contact me is to honor your vulnerabilities. I know you are in a great deal of pain, confusion, fear and even shame. It takes courage to ask for help and it's never easy to acknowledge your own needs. You will share with me a set of expectations and I will do my best to orient you to the journey you and I will begin. I am sensitive to the need for compatibility and will encourage you to find those things in me that resonate with you. Because I approach treatment through three aspects, body, mind and spirit I have developed competencies in different skills, yoga, EFT, IFS and EMDR.
