My name is Cecilie Garcia, and I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist offering therapy to individuals (children, teens, and adults), as well as couples, under the supervision of Alison Hunter, LMFT. I work from a trauma-informed, relational lens—meaning I focus not only on your symptoms but on the deeper patterns, relationships, and life experiences that shape your emotional world. My background includes working with children in school-based settings and supporting families through times of stress and transition. I bring warmth, groundedness, and curiosity to the therapy space, helping clients develop more connected and empowered relationships—with themselves and with others.
