I’m a trauma therapist who primarily works with Families and Generation Z, offering a warm, safe, and collaborative space. While we can’t change the past or always control present stressors, we can shape what comes next. I specialize in supporting teens with anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I also specialize in reunification family therapy, helping families rebuild trust, communication, and connection.
