I specialize in implementing empowering, goal-oriented therapy to help adolescents, young adults and athletes tackle self-doubt and overthinking while moving toward the future with confidence. As an LCSW and former D1 athlete, I have faced my share of setbacks. Through my experiences, I gained a passion for all things wellness, taking a holistic approach to therapy. When working together, you will identify the challenge and work towards discovering a solution. We will take small steps together, using your strengths to run towards a bigger goal.
