I have extensive experience utilizing various modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and various others, which encompass my very eclectic style geared toward providing compassionate, nonjudgmental, and safe therapeutic services geared toward every individuals own unique and personal experiences and goals.
