As a licensed counselor with a background in law enforcement, I specialize in helping high-pressured professionals as well as, the wrongdoers under supervision. Before becoming a licensed counselor, I spent over 24 years in law enforcement. That experience gave me actual understanding of how prolonged stress; emotional suppression can impact mental health over time. I assist in navigating stress, anxiety, life paths with practical compassionate care. With a background in law enforcement and a passion for mental health, I assist with helping clients overcome trauma, build resilience, and find clarity.
