I specialize in helping children and adults who have experienced past or recent trauma, as well as couples and families. I have specific training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Many of my clients come to me because they are experiencing anxiety, anger, and/or depression symptoms that are impacting their ability to enjoy things they used to, function the way they want to day to day, maintain relationships, or break away from the negative cycles in their relationships. In our work together, we will take a look at the things that are bothering you right now, and connect the dots between your personal history and the present day. This process can give you a better understanding of yourself, and therefore, the power to make different choices and have new experiences.
