Thank you for giving me the privilege of your consideration. I have specific expertise in OCD (ERP/I-CBT), Thanatophobia/fear of death, eating disorders/body image, and PMADS. I also am highly skilled in working with anxiety, depression, life stressors/transitions, and interpersonal dynamics. I have certification in substance use disorder counseling, DBT, and Cinema Therapy. I also recently completed Phase 1 Brainspotting, somatic experiencing and Sensorimotor therapy for trauma and utilize an attachment lens to explore our unhealed wounds that continue to hurt us and others in our lives.
