I work with adults and couples in NY & CA who want to understand themselves better, improve relationships, heal from trauma, or feel less anxious, depressed, angry, perfectionistic, or more confident. My clients are working on relationships, healing from family issues, traumatic events, prejudices, are trying to excel at school or work, or grieving. I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space grounded in warmth, humility, curiosity, empathy, and social justice. I’m honest, patient, and flexible. I meet you where you are, and walk with you. I work under the supervision of Licensed Psychologist Dr. Angela Horng.
