I have been working in the field of mental health for over 25 years. I have experience in many different settings, including hospitals, residential facilities, schools, and private practice. I have experience treating clients of all ages, though I specialize in working with adolescents and adults with various concerns or struggles. I will not spend a lot of time discussing labels and diagnoses. In my view, most people can be labelled if we work hard enough at it. To struggle is human. Therapy with me will be more about how to live a more meaningful and satisfying life. I enjoy working with couples to help them get back to having a relationship that feels good to come home to.
