Healing is an integral part of our journeys, and everyone deserves to live with a sense of peace & purpose. Yet many find it difficult to reflect on whether they are living in alignment with themselves and what they truly value. I have worked alongside individuals from all walks of life navigating through addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and various life transitions. I also help adults and couples navigate through their journeys of infertility, pregnancy, adoption, and fostering.
