The Center for Grief and Trauma Therapy recognizes that all of us experience times in our lives when a little help is needed. Perhaps now, it is a period of time in your life that is emotionally difficult, a death or loss you are grieving, struggles with trauma, depression, or anxiety, problematic relationships, or just want to work on personal growth. Perhaps you need a sympathetic, nonjudgmental ear with someone whom you can trust. We hope you can find that person with us. We serve all ages, couples, families, and groups with a wide variety of emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual struggles.
