I specialize in addressing relationship issues, self-esteem, and emotion regulation, helping young people navigate the challenges of adolescence. In addition to my work with teens, I support adult individuals facing depression, anxiety, and life transitions, as well as couples seeking to strengthen their relationships. I am also passionate about working with individuals navigating religious-based challenges, offering a Mormon-informed approach if requested.
