It can be incredibly healing to have another hear your story. I have more than 15 years experience working with people who are suffering with Trauma/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Borderline Personality D/O, and Addiction; people who seek resolution of their problems, but are unsure about where to turn. Have the scars of past trauma derailed your ability to enjoy your life at its fullest? Emotional overload can cripple relationships and wreck your life, making you doubt your own grasp of reality. Maybe you have tried therapy before, but did not feel a connection. I am passionate about providing a chance for hope and real growth. I offer a holistic and integrative program, providing therapy as well as education on the ways in which mental health and mood can be impacted by lifestyle, dietary habits, stress management and nutrition. I am trained in the use of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and have many years experience working with those struggling with Addiction.
