I help individuals who are feeling out-of-control of their behaviors and their relationships. I help them gain a sense of control, achieve their full potential, and find peace and meaning. I work with couples and families to deal with addiction, codependency, perpetual disagreements, and unexpected challenges. I have completed Level 2 training in EMDR therapy and use EMDR in my work. I have completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (GMCT) and use GMCT in my work. I specialize in behavioral addiction issues and relational issues. I create a space where you feel safe enough to confront fear, worry, guilt and shame to gain control over your life. At the request of the client, I can incorporate Christian and Catholic perspectives into our counseling relationship.
