I work with marginalized clients in rural Iowa, people burned out on therapy or skeptical about the process, and people who need a plan to survive. I use whatever medium works: gaming, somatic techniques, collaborative investigation. The goal is stopping the eternal gaslight. I integrate existential-phenomenology, trauma-informed care, and liberation psychology into sessions. ADHD, neurodivergence, gender, class struggles, political rage: all valid. No pathologizing, no gaslighting about material conditions.
