My passion is helping people help themselves. Seeing true change, transformations, and healing happen is a process I want to be a part of. The hope I have for my clients is for them to let go of the old and to build anew, creating the person that they want to become. We will accomplish this together by building trust and a therapeutic alliance so you can build a new version of you and meet your needs in an adaptive health way. I hope to help you find your drive, inner peace, motivation, self-confidence, and purpose again. I am a solution-focused therapist, who has been in the behavioral health field for 19 years and practicing therapy for 12 years. Nine of those years was working with recovering addicts. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I will listen to you, empower you, validate you, support you, and maybe even humor you.
