Through ReConnect Therapy, I have been able to create an environment for clients that enhances their emotional regulation abilities, self-esteem, resilience, and heightened awareness of life’s situations by working with children, teens, and adults. I assist in helping build a mentality where one can grow and practice being kind to oneself despite obstacles in our lives by using the framework of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Rogerian (Person Centered Therapy). I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships, and self-esteem with women and adolescents.
