You don’t need to be in crisis to seek therapy. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by all the roles you’re juggling. Maybe you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or like you’re constantly showing up for others while quietly losing touch with yourself. I offer a warm, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
