I love working with clients of all ages! The children I work with tend to struggle with emotion regulation. This can present as tantrums, aggression, depression, anxiety, and negative self-talk. Their parents are looking for a safe space for their child to process feelings and support to be the best parents they can be. The teenage clients I work with often present with low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and self-harm. Adult clients in my practice have often experienced childhood trauma. They are aware of the impact this has on their current life and need help learning how to love and heal their wounded child parts.
