I work with both adults and children, as young as 5 years old, tailoring therapy to meet your unique needs and goals. I have a special interest in providing culturally competent care, supporting women and girls in reclaiming their voice, building confidence, and stepping into their power—especially when life, relationships, or societal messages have made that difficult. I am also passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and am committed to providing an inclusive safe environment. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments.
