Thanks for checking in with yourself and for tending to those places in your heart and life that are feeling tender, vulnerable, or unmanageable. Maybe it feels like depression or anxiety is running your life right now, or relationships are unsatisfying or parenting has become an overwhelming and confusing chore, or maybe it's your kiddo who is struggling, and you can tell something isn't feeling good for them. I trust that being together with a skillful someone is what allows for confidence and clarity to emerge, even in the midst of challenges, and I would love to see if I'm a good fit. My specialties in Synergetic Play Therapy, Hand in Hand Parenting, mindfulness, and relational neuroscience allow me to offer tools and a framework that supports kiddos, parents, and adults in understanding their natural states of stress/arousal so they can care for themselves and others in the midst of fear, overwhelm, hopelessness, helplessness and anger.
