Counseling is a process that takes you along a unique journey. It's important for you to have the tools you need to work through your process and travel along your unique journey day to day. Through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, the clients that I serve receive tangible skills and useful directives they are able to utilize in their everyday living. You too will leave feeling empowered and equipped to address your challenges because you will be heard, validated, and supported in session.
