Many people I work with look successful and put together, yet feel disconnected from intimacy, desire, or their own needs. You may feel unseen in relationships, burned out from being everything to everyone, or carrying quiet shame around sex, pleasure, or identity. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and AASECT certified sex therapist who works with adults and young adults, with a focus on women of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people navigating complex relationship dynamics.
