I am a great fit for the person who needs an ally, a mirror, and nonjudgmental support. I prioritize helping clients discover the impact and power of self-acceptance and self-compassion. My clients may struggle to recover from anxiety, depression, OCD, and/or PTSD. My clients are men and women who struggle with the emotional impact of sex-related health disorders. They may have strained relationships and want to explore how to improve the sex/intimacy of their connections.
