Hello! My name is Michelle. I am a wife, outdoor enthusiast, mother (human and furbabies) and an imperfect human. Emberlynn (golden/pyrenees) and Ella (black lab) can sometimes be found at the office for sessions. I have the best job in the world. It is an immense privilege to help people carry the heavy burden of being a human. I offer professional and lived experience with eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders. I utilize most of the skills that I teach my clients regularly. I attend as many trainings as I can. My goal is to be who I did not have when I was younger for my clients.
