I’m most passionate about working with professionals who feel “not good enough” or worry about living up to others’ expectations. My ideal clients are women navigating life transitions like breakups, career challenges, insecurity, attachment and friendship issues, anxiety, depression, and that familiar feeling of “I don’t know what I’m doing with my life.” Many are high-functioning but deeply self-critical. Together, we work to build self-compassion, confidence, and a more secure sense of self so you can value who you are, not just what you accomplish. I help individuals navigate relationship concerns, life transitions, self-worth, and anxiety or depression using a relational, CBT-informed approach focused on understanding patterns and reducing self-criticism. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, offering a supportive space to explore identity, relationships, and lived experience.
