Do you feel like you don't have a safe supportive place to talk about how you really feel? Growing up in a small community their can be bias and strong individual and community expectations which sometimes does not agree with our internal voice or opinions yet we don't share them in fear of what others around us may say or do. I make a safe place for all to come and be free to talk about real thoughts and feelings even if they differ from the community norm. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed with many areas of life, and struggle to find confidence in what to do next. Together we explore possible causes, barriers and solutions.
