I am a solution-oriented therapist who will help you with the concerns you bring to me. I have 35 plus years of clinical experience. I am empathic and warm. I have worked with a broad range of issues/concerns and diagnoses. I will help you set your goals and we will choose interventions tailored to your situation to help you accomplish what you want out of therapy. I am collaborative, and energetic. My husband and I recently moved to the Catskill Mountain Top area from Colorado to be closer to our son who lives in the city. My husband is Psychiatrist and we collaborate on cases. My new website will be available soon. I work with people who have anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and ADHD. I also work with families and couples. Initially I will collect a history from you and then we will begin by giving you immediate coping strategies and start to build the skills you need to resolve the issues and problems that you have.
