We can all be impacted by the effects of traumatic experiences. I have a great passion to help relieve the suffering that trauma can cause. I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients move towards adaptive resolution of their traumatic stress . I am certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional by the International Association for Trauma Professionals. I work with clients who have experienced attachment trauma due to adverse childhood experiences which may contribute to relationship problems, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression and difficulty coping with stress.
