Licensed in Florida and based physically in California, I provide telehealth therapy to Florida residents, with the added benefit of Pacific Time availability, so I’m often open when many in-state practices have closed especially in the late evenings. Life brings unexpected twists, stress, anxiety, depression, and moments of feeling utterly overwhelmed. While you may manage much on your own, there are times when compassionate, skilled support helps restore balance and move you toward greater fulfillment and joy.
