About

Therapy is often most helpful when things feel suddenly disorienting - how did I make the life choices I've made? What about all the roads not taken? Can I have more agency over the rest of my life? Is it possible to have more of a sense of meaning? These questions may occur in young adulthood, in mid-life, or in one's senior years; they may present in the context of a relationship, or in one's work life. All of this is compounded by the pandemic experience, and the many challenges facing humanity in our world today, making the quest for answers both more important and more difficult. My work as a therapist with both psychological and theological training allows me to explore these issues deeply and patiently. My goal is to be a companion on the path to authenticity - to deeper self-knowledge and an ability to make choices based upon that knowledge. In a fast-paced world, therapy is a space in which to slow down and explore one's soul.
