Charles Oliver serves as the Associate Program Director at Communicare Michigan. On top of the directorship role, he also is a treating mental health clinician. He has experience in treating trauma, mood disorders (i.e., anxiety, depression), cognitive disorders, personality disorders, and substance abuse. Additionally, he has experience in psychological testing and health psychology.
