It is one of my deep held beliefs that every individual’s unique life experience and layered identities should be recognized and honored. In my work, I aim to foster an environment where people feel safe and comfortable to unmask. I enjoy working with the neurodivergent population, LGBTQIA+ individuals, including adults, children, and adolescents. I believe in collaborating with clients to identify what areas of wellness are important to them. An important part of my work is holding space for clients to explore their identities and values while learning skills to cope with stress and anxiety.
